On the evening of Wednesday, November 15, 2023, the multi-sports hall at Biskra University itnessed an enthusiastic atmosphere through the launch of the first qualifiers matches for the regional championship for university institutions for this academic season.

The University
Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Dababeche, with the Secretary-General, the deans of the faculties, and the university guests attended this morning the activities of the Awareness Days about the Student Sports Decision. The opening match was between the University Services team in
Chetma and the University of Biskra handball team, where the University Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Dababeche gave the signal along with the representative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Ezzedine Rabika. The match saw the victory of Biskra University team 12 to 06 goals against the university services of Chetma.
