The Bulgarian Rossi University delegation visit to Biskra University for the Erasmus+ KA171
programme continued their programme with a visit to the University Central Library on 29
April 2025, to review its facilities and services in the digital transformation.

The Central Library Director welcomed them giving a presentation on the organisation of the library, its
main services for students and teachers, and the digital services. The visit included a tour of
the library different sections, then informed of the lending system, bibliographic research
services, digital services, processing information resources projects according to international
standards and the library’s efforts to support scientific research. The delegation expressed
great admiration for the level of equipment, organisation and services and stressed the
importance of exchanging expertise and strengthening cooperation. The visit concluded with a
commemorative photograph documenting this important academic meeting.
