On 22 February 2025, Biskra University closed the 2024-2025 doctoral training admission
competitions, with 627 candidates in mechanical engineering and mathematics. They went
throughout February with tight organisation and effective coordination of transparency and
fairness.
To strengthen dialogue communication between the University and its students, Biskra
University Pedagogy Vice rector, Mr. Abdelhamid Djeffal, with the University Secretary
General, Mr. Hakim Henano, organized on 18 February 2025, a series of meetings and
discussions with Faculties of Law and Political Sciences,

في إطار جهودها لتعزيز قنوات الحوار مع طلبتها، تواصلت سلسلة لقاءات إطارات ومسؤولي جامعة بسكرة، حيث اجتمع نائب المدير للبيداغوجيا، الأستاذ عبد الحميد جفال، والأمين العام، السيد حكيم هنانو، مع ممثلي دفعات الطلبة لليوم الثاني على التوالي.
On 13 February 2025, Biskra University organised Civil Engineering and Applied
Mathematics doctoral exams to 867 students. The exams were well organised, thanks to the
efforts of the faculty’s staff for transparency and credibility. This reflected the University’s
commitment to support scientific research and academic skills.
On February 2025, 1152 candidates participated in the third cycle doctoral training exams in
Psychology and Computing at Biskra University. The exams took place at both the central
university and Chetma Pole, with a tight exams distribution.
On 11 February 2025, Biskra University hosted the launch of the 1275 Ministerial Decision of
registered projects presentation and selection, organised by the University Business Incubator.
