In supporting national efforts to strengthen the Algerian agricultural products position at the
international level, Biskra University participated in the 23rd session of the Codex Committee
for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (CCFFV), held in Mexico City from 25 February to 1 March
2025, to follow up the international standards for fresh dates file. The national working group
chaired by Dr Bejadoui Hanane, a research professor at the Biskra University,
Biskra University Institute of Sciences and Technologies of Physical Activities and Sports,
with Biskra Wilaya Education Directorate, organised on 25th February 2025 the second
edition-training day on “Activating the kids athletics programme in primary schools”.
The Institute Director, Mr. Hamid Dachri, and the Education Directorate Secretary General,
Mrs.Karima Chekhab, and the three educational levels Directorate inspectors attended the
event.
On 25 February 2025, Biskra University Algerian Students state office National Association
organised a forum entitled “People with special needs... Hopes and determination to build the
Algeria of tomorrow”,
In commemoration of the Maghreb Mental Health Week in the university environment,
On the annual Martyrs’ Day, Biskra University organised a series of scientific and cultural
events to renew with the sacrifices of our martyrs and strengthen the values of patriotism and
belonging among the new generations.
