On February 13, 2024. the University Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Debabeche, with representatives of civil and security local authorities, of enterprises and economic partners, the university community, launched the open day for economic and social partners, organized by the enterprises and the University Linking Office, BLEU. In his statement,

the University Rector stressed on the national economy, and life development’s university advancing role as a key partner with all actors. The BLEU director, Pr. Samah Soulah, briefly displayed the office whereabouts to strengthen cooperation with partners, referring to four programmed workshops. A students’ projects exhibition was organized with guests’ great demand and
interest. The recommended outcomes of the workshops included:
- Cultivating an entrepreneurship culture among students;
- Focussing on projects’ studies for economic feasibility;
- Calling for more economic partner specialized meetings;
- Following up the trainees and partners’ economic contribution, with other recommendations in marine fishing and date cultivation.
